Caribbean Sunset is appealing above average cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 25ml banana liqueur and 25ml gin teichenne kinross berry fruits with 10ml curacao blue as well as 50ml cream including 10ml lemon juice also 10ml grenadine together with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less grenadine and shake well. Strain into glass and ganish with a blob of grenadine in center of glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
