Method
  1. Brew tea and chill.
  2. Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
  3. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Fine strain into glass.

Cardboard Cavalier is heerlike quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 50ml gin cherry greenalls and 30ml tea butterfly pea with 10ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just brew tea and chill then place ice into drinks mixing glass and pour all ingredients into mixing glass. Stir well and fine strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
