Captain Louie is appealing very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Layered with 35ml rum dark khukuri and 35ml coffee liqueur with 10ml caramel syrup and best with dessert type dishes. Just add rum to sherry style glass then float coffee liquer on top and in the center pour in the caramel syrup and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
