Method
  1. Add a little ice to bar shaker.
  2. Place all the ingredients into shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Pour all into glass.
  5. Top glass with ice.

Captain Al is drinkable full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum spiced untold and 15ml amaretto liqueur e dolce with 15ml lemon juice as well as 30ml cranberry juice including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add a little ice to bar shaker then place all the ingredients into shaker and shake well. Pour all into glass and top glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
