Cape Gown is succulent average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 15ml ratafia blackberry and 15ml crabapple liqueur with 70ml apple cider and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ratafia into glass then pour on the apple cider and sprinkle the crabapple liqueur on top and served in a flute glass cold.
