Cape Farewell is smaaklik light cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin dry dancing sands and 30ml laraha juice with 230ml water and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add shot of dry gin to glass then pour in shot of juice of citrus and sti in the water and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
