Method - Stirred - Cold

Place the ice into large glass.
Add in the moonshine.
Add the soda water.
Stri in both fruit syrups.
Refreshing

Moonshine - Moonshine is a high proof un aged whiskey distilled spirits and all in small batches.

Pineapple Syrup - Pineapple syrup made from pineapple Juice and sugar.

Pineapple Syrup

Orange Syrup - Orange flavor syrup made with the juice of oranges and sugar cooked until thick and smooth.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Cape Byron Moonshine is refreshing mild cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml moonshine and 10ml pineapple syrup with 10ml orange syrup as well as 120ml soda water including 130ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place the ice into large glass then add in the moonshine and add the soda water. Stri in both fruit syrups and served in a goblet glass cold.
