Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with lemon peel knot.

Van Der Hum - KWV tangerine liqueur made from a five year blend of old potstill brandy wine distillate the peel of Cape tangerines herbs spices and seeds.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Stirred with 30ml whisky launceston and 30ml van der hum with 30ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with lemon peel knot and served in a martini glass cold.
