Method - Poured - Cold

Place the ice into rocks glass.
Add the nip of amaro.
Pour in the tonic soda.
Sprinkle the amanatsu juice on top.

Amaro Lucano - Lucano Amaro with 30 macerated herbs created in 1894 is light bitter sweet and smooth.

Amanatsu Juice - Juice from a Amanatsu like a citrus orange variety alot like to a navel orange or grapefruit.

Tonic Soda - Tonic soda is a carbonated soft drink in which quinine is dissolved and used as a prophylactic against malaria.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Cannella is elegantiusve medium cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml amaro lucano and 15ml amanatsu juice with 45ml tonic soda as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place the ice into rocks glass then add the nip of amaro and pour in the tonic soda. Sprinkle the amanatsu juice on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
