Canicule is piquant full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml vodka puer distilled mchenry and 10ml lemon liqueur villa massa with 30ml pineapple juice as well as 30ml cranberry juice including 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to glass then pour in pineapple juice and add shot of vodka. Pour in cranberry juice and sprinkle lemon lqiuer on top and served in a highball glass cold.
