Method
  1. Place ice into collins style glass.
  2. Add yukon jack whisky to glass.
  3. Add the lemon soda.
  4. Sprinkle the melon liqueur on top.

Candied Sever St Special is rejuvenating full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml whisky liqueur yukon jack and 30ml melon liqueur allens with 40ml lemon soda as well as 190ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into collins style glass then add yukon jack whisky to glass and add the lemon soda. Sprinkle the melon liqueur on top and served in a highball glass cold.
