Method
  1. Place some ice cubes into cocktail shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake.
  4. Pour everything into glass.
  5. Top glass with more ice.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Canadian Collins Classic is scrumptious very strong cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 70ml whisky rye dillons and 30ml lemon juice with 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just place some ice cubes into cocktail shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake. Pour everything into glass and top glass with more ice and served in a highball glass cold.
