Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Pour all into glass.
  5. Add more ice to glass.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Campfire Sour is stimulating robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Built with 40ml amaro sfumato and 40ml bourbon patriot with 10ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour all into glass and add more ice to glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
