Camemberti is tasty lunch quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml brandy apple calvados and 70ml champagne rose and best with lunch. Just add shot of apple brandy to glass then pour in rose champagne and on the side add grapes and cocktail bread and a knork and serve with penicillium camemberti style chesse and served in a saucer glass cold.
