Caligula is stimulating smooth cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 120ml wine red nouveau and 30ml water hot with 10ml garum and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just warm serving glass then add in the hot water and stir in the garum fish sauce. Then stir in the red wine and served in a wine glass warm.
