Method
  1. Fine julienne jalapeno and add to mixing glass.
  2. Add in the stolichnaya vodka.
  3. Pour in the dry vermouth.
  4. Dry stir well without ice.
  5. Pour all into cocktail glass.

Cajun Martini is appealing very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml vodka stolichnaya ohranj and 30ml vermouth dry and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just fine julienne jalapeno and add to mixing glass then add in the stolichnaya vodka and pour in the dry vermouth. Dry stir well without ice and pour all into cocktail glass and served in a martini glass at room temperature.
