Method
  1. Cut lime into wedges and add to glass.
  2. Muddle well.
  3. Add sugar.
  4. Muddle well.
  5. Add cachaca.
  6. Muddle well.
  7. Add ice.
  8. Muddle well until mixed.

Caipirinha is revitalizing quite strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Built with 60ml cachaca cachaca 51 and 10ml sugar turbinado with 50ml lime as well as 50ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just cut lime into wedges and add to glass then muddle well and add sugar. Muddle well and add cachaca and muddle well then add ice and muddle well until mixed and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
