  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.

Cafe Trinidad is tasty strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum dark and 15ml almond liqueur with 15ml coffee liqueur tamborine mountain as well as 50ml cream including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
