Method
  1. Put ice cubes into bar shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Vigorously shake.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.

CTE is delicioso quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml cachaca avua and 30ml tangelo juice with 15ml egg white as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just put ice cubes into bar shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
