  1. Use cold flute glass.

CAC Boomerang is tasty full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 15ml whisky iron house and 10ml sunrise lime juice with 75ml sparkling wine white and good with afternoon tea. Just use cold flute glass then pour in whisky and add sunrise lime. Pour in sparkling white wine and garnish with sunrise lime twist and served in a flute glass cold.
