Byamba is verfris medium cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 60ml soju kagura shuzo and 10ml pomelo juice with 100ml soda water as well as 130ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place ice into glass then pour in double of soju and add splash of pomelo juice to glass. Stir in soda water and garnish with pomelo and served in a goblet glass cold.
