Method - Shaken - Cold

Add all ingredients to shaker.
Dry shake without ice.
Add ice to shaker.
Vigorously shake.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Honey - Bees produce honey from the sugary secretions of plants or other insects through regurgitation enzymatic activity and water evaporation. Honey is stored in wax structures called honeycombs.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Egg White - White of a egg also called albumen or the glair glaire used to make your cocktail fluffy you can also use Aquafaba.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Buzz is gorgeous standard cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 50ml pisco ginger harmans and 20ml honey with 15ml lemon juice as well as 15ml egg white including 100ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just add all ingredients to shaker then dry shake without ice and add ice to shaker. Vigorously shake and hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
