Buttock Clencher is delightful strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml tequila sierra and 15ml gin green ant with 15ml melon liqueur as well as 30ml pineapple juice including 20ml lemon soda also 290ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just pack ice into glass then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less soda. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and top with lemon soda and garnish with sweet pineapple and served in a highball glass cold.
