  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Dry stir well without ice.
  4. Pour into glass over ice.

Bureau 39 is very palatable average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml soju good day citron and 30ml mandarin juice with 10ml bitters orange as well as 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just fill glass with ice then add ingredients to mixing glass and dry stir well without ice. Pour into glass over ice and garnish with mandarin peel and served in a highball glass cold.
