Buran is smaklig very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Built with 60ml vodka beluga noble and 20ml tea syrup and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add double of vodka into glass then pour tea syrup into center and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
