Buchan Claik is gruamach strong cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Built with 60ml whisky scotch dewars and 90ml tea black and good with afternoon tea. Just warm the serving glass then bew black tea and add large peg of whisky into glass. Add the black tea and stir in the blackberry syrup and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
