Bubble Boy is beguiling medium cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml mekhong thai spirit and 30ml rum light white chalong bay with 40ml sorbet kaffir lime as well as 100ml kaffir lime juice including 30ml tapioca ball lemon also 10ml tea black together with 50ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just brew tea and chill cold then add ice to glass and drop in the kaffir lime leafs. Pour in both spirits and add in the juice and sorbet and vigorously shake then stir in the cold tea and tapioca balls and pour all into glass and served in a highball glass cold.
