Bubble is moreish full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Layered with 15ml gin raspberry edinburgh and 70ml sparkling wine white with 15ml raspberry syrup monin and best with an entree or small snack. Just in center of glass add the syrup then slowly add the sparkling wine and sprinkle the raspberry gin on top and served in a flute glass cold.
