Method - Stirred - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Vigorously shake.
Pour all into glass.
Top with ice.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Bitters Brandy Kenny - Brandy Bitters by Kenny Distillery is made by soaking gentian root and cardamon seeds and with cinnamon bark and with cochineal and chireta then distilled.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Brown Volcano is gorgeous full bodied cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml wine birch and 15ml tsipouro vittorio spirits with 35ml orange juice as well as 10ml bitters brandy kenny including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Pour all into glass and top with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
