  1. Put ice cubes into bar shaker.
  2. Pour in all ingredients.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Fine strain into glass.

Broad Channel is prijatelny robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml port wine tawny and 30ml gin navy strength kalki moon with 30ml orange juice as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just put ice cubes into bar shaker then pour in all ingredients and quick shake to mix. Fine strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
