Brincadeira is scrumptious quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 25ml lillet rose and 25ml pear liqueur giffard with 10ml absinthe as well as 15ml lemon juice including 25ml sparkling wine white also 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add ingredients to mixing glass and dry stir well in the absence of ice. Strain into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
