Bridge Bracer is sehr lecker average cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml brandy and 10ml bitters truffle black kenny with 15ml sugar syrup as well as 60ml egg including 60ml ginger ale soda also 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to shaker then pour in brandy and biiters and add the sugar syrup. Crack in a whole egg and vigorously shake well and stir in the ginger ale soda then pour all into glass and served in a highball glass cold.
