Bridesmaid Cooler is very palatable full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin sloe strait and 15ml lemon juice with 15ml sugar syrup as well as 10ml bitters including 30ml ginger ale soda also 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just spiral cut the peel of a whole lemon then rub peel around rim of glass and hold part of peel outside glass. Add ice and pour gin over ice and add bitters and sugar syrup then top with ginger ale and served in a highball glass cold.
