Bourbon Barrell Craft - Barrell Craft Spirits Batch 24 Bourbon is a marriage of high rye Bourbons ranging in age from 9 to 15 years old. The 9 and 13 year old barrels were chosen for their peppery assertiveness making this spice box marriage wonderfully robust yet a little rough around the edges.

Brasserie Special is appealing heavy cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Shaken with 35ml bourbon barrell craft and 15ml brandy orange mcguinness with 15ml lemon juice as well as 15ml passion fruit syrup including 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and quick shake to mix. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass cold.
