Method
  1. Place mint leaves into glass.
  2. Add in half the ice.
  3. Pour double of brandy.
  4. Add in the sugar and water.
  5. Vigorously shake.
  6. Pour all into glass.
  7. Add more ice to glass.

Brandy Smash Fancy is delicioso very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml brandy viceroy and 15ml sugar syrup with 15ml water as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place mint leaves into glass then add in half the ice and pour double of brandy. Add in the sugar and water and vigorously shake and pour all into glass then add more ice to glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
