Brandy Scaffa is delectable heavy cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Layered with 20ml raspberry syrup torani and 20ml maraschino liqueur with 20ml chartreuse liqueur green as well as 20ml brandy and best with an entree or small snack. Just add raspberry syrup to bottom of glass then layer in cherry liqueur and float green chartreuse. Top by floating brandy on top and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
