Brandy Frappe is rich very strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 60ml brandy eau de vie seconde and 60ml ice and best with lunch. Just chill glass then fill glass with shaved ice and pour brandy over shaved ice and served in a saucer glass cold.
