Brandy Daisy is restoring full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy sacred bond and 15ml lemon juice with 10ml orange syrup torani as well as 5ml gum syrup including 50ml soda water also 130ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add cracked ice into glass to chill then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less soda. Shake well and strain into glass and top with soda and garnish with mixed fruit and served in a poco grande glass cold.
