Brandy Crusta is moreish robust cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy and 20ml maraschino liqueur luxardo with 10ml vermouth sweet as well as 10ml amsterdam including 30ml orange juice also 10ml bitters together with 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Sugar rim glass and strain into glass and garnish with maraschino cherry and served in a saucer glass cold.
