Brandy And Ginger Ale is flavoursome medium cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml brandy eau de vie seconde and 70ml ginger ale soda with 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add a small amount of ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Pour everything into glass and add more ice to glass and served in a highball glass cold.
