Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Light sprinkle of nutmeg for garnish.

Brandy Alexander is ambrosian quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy and 30ml creme de cacao brown with 30ml cream as well as 100ml ice and best with dessert type dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into glass and light sprinkle of nutmeg for garnish and served in a saucer glass cold.
