Method - Shaken - Cold

Place half the ice into shaker.
Pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice.
Shake ingredients together until mixed.
Pour all ingredients into old fashioned glass.
Top glass with ice.

Brandy - Brandy is a spirit produced by distilling pomace or marc or wine or fermented fruit juice and generally contains 35 to 60 alcohol by volume.

Port - Port wine is a Portuguese fortified wine produced exclusively in the Douro Valley in the northern provinces of Portugal.

Maraschino Liqueur - Maraschino is a liqueur from the distillation of Marasca cherries.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Brandied Port is luscious robust cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy and 30ml port with 15ml maraschino liqueur as well as 15ml lemon juice including 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place half the ice into shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and shake ingredients together until mixed. Pour all ingredients into old fashioned glass and top glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
