Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into glass.
Add shot of soju.
Pour in half soda water.
Add yeot syrup.
Top with soda water.

Soju Gangsan Myungju - Gangsan Myungju Morry Barley Soju is Distilled barley soju aged in oak barrels in Korea and scent of oak and the subtle taste of the throat are attractive and contains barley grown with the fertile land and clear water of the Honam Plain.

Yeot Syrup - Yeot Syrup is made from steamed rice glutinous rice glutinous corn and sweet potatoes or mixed grains and cooked into a thick sticky syrup.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Brainwashes is gorgeous weak cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml soju gangsan myungju and 15ml yeot syrup with 45ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place ice into glass then add shot of soju and pour in half soda water. Add yeot syrup and top with soda water and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
