Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice.
Shake the hell out of it.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Brandy - Brandy is a spirit produced by distilling pomace or marc or wine or fermented fruit juice and generally contains 35 to 60 alcohol by volume.

Anisette - Anisette or Annisette is a colorless spirit flavoured with aniseed. Can also be found sweet and dry versions liqueurs. It is not botanically related to liquorice or licorice root which are sources of similar flavouring compounds.

Bitters - Bitters is a very strong alcoholic liquid flavored with botanical herbs and spices and are always strong in flavor.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Egg Quail - Egg Quail is a vessel that is oval shape and has an outher layer that can be hard made from calcium carbonate and contains white high in proteins and yoke high in fatty acids and soluble vitamins A D E and K.

Sugar Syrup - Sugar syrup or sirup is a condiment that is a thick viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water and made by cooking water and sugar together.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Brace Up is exquisite quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy and 10ml anisette with 10ml bitters as well as 10ml lemon juice including 30ml egg quail also 10ml sugar syrup together with 100ml ice and best with egg dishes. Just add ice to shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and shake the hell out of it. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
