Method
  1. Place ice into large glass.
  2. Add in the lemon juice.
  3. Pour in the tonic soda water
  4. Sprinkle gin on top.

Boy Monarch is gouteux mild cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin butterfly pea the still and 30ml grapefruit juice with 110ml tonic water as well as 130ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into large glass then add in the lemon juice and pour in the tonic soda water. Sprinkle gin on top and served in a goblet glass cold.
