Bowen Special is fortifying average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 15ml orange liqueur and 15ml mango pulp with 70ml sparkling wine white and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just please mango pulp into glass then add the orange liqueur and pour in the sparkling white wine and served in a flute glass cold.
