Bourdaloue Apricots is mouth watering standard cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 50ml apricot and 30ml advocaat vermeulen with 30ml apricot liqueur tamborine mountain and served with sweet dishes. Just warm glass then cut apricot into small fork size pieces and warm shaker and heat cubes. Add advocaat and apricot liqueur to shaker and shake well until mixed and warm and pour over cut apricots in glass and serve on plate with fork for eating and garnish with meringue on top and served in a saucer glass warm.
