Bourbon Apple Cider is fortifying quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml bourbon giant texas and 15ml apple liqueur somerset with 10ml cinnamon syrup as well as 35ml apple cider including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add half the ice to shaker then pour in bourbon and apple liqueur into shaker and add cinnamon syrup. Quick shake and pour all into glass and top glass with ice and apple cider and garnish with apple and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
