Bourbon is delightful full strength cocktail at 2.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml benedictine b and b and 30ml bourbon henry mckenna with 10ml curacao orange llords as well as 10ml bitters angostura including 10ml lemon juice also 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place half the ice into shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and shake well. Pour all into short glass and fill glass with more ice cubes and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
