Method
  1. Add ice to mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Strain into glass over ice.
  5. Good with a black currant doughnut.

Bordij is dainty quite strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 70ml wine red calawba and 30ml cognac eau de vie superieure with 10ml brandy blackcurrant as well as 190ml ice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass over ice and good with a black currant doughnut and served in a goblet glass cold.
